Jiangsu Metals Valve High tech Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of API6D parts such as valve body, bonnet, seat ring, disc, stem and API6A parts such as casing head, tubing head, valve plate, tee, valve body, gate, seat ring, etc. We are also an integrated factory to provide API6A finished products such as ball valves, gate valves, plug valves and other series of products. We have independent TIG and PTA overlay welding production lines for overlay welding of Stellite, Nickel-based, Duplex and Stainless steels as well as coating production lines for coating WC, CrC and other materials.

        Jiangsu Metals Valve was founded in 2009, after years of development, currently has four holding or participating companies. They are Yancheng Metals Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd, Jianhu Xiongrui Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd, Yancheng Chaoerda Valve Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Metals Valve High tech Co., Ltd. The entire production base is located in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, and has a sales company in Shanghai. The company covers a total area of 30,000 square meters and has a team of more than 200 employees with international concepts. More than 50 of them are technical research and development, quality control, fine management, foreign trade service and compound talents.

        Jiangsu Metals Valve has the self-developed "JinSiYun" zero-code IOT industrial digital software platform to achieve human-machine-object interconnection and intercommunication, which ultimately achieves the data interconnection of the whole plant and enables the efficient management of the company. We adopt a variety of auxiliary software for data calculation and analysis to ensure the precision and accuracy of the technical data, which lays the foundation for the subsequent quality assurance to pass the verification by the customers and the third party, such as TUV, DNV, BV and so on.

        With years of experience and technology in petroleum and petrochemical machinery industry chain, our products are widely sold to North America, South America, the Middle East, Europe and other regions, and our products are directly or indirectly supplied to a number of world-renowned customers, such as Petrobras, BP, CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, TotalEnergies, SHELL, Aramco, ADNOC, KOC and so on.
